FAQS – Isle of Man Car Rental

We'll pick you and your guests up from the airport - just let us know your Airline, Flight and Date/Time.

Cars can only be rented from our Airport location by booking online or calling +44 (0)1624 813001.

If you breakdown don't worry we have breakdown assistance - please call 827827 - this number is also included in your rental pack.

At the end of your trip you simply return the car to our secure compound at Ballasalla, Isle of Man close to the airport. Simply enter the postcode IM9 2AH in your navigation application to help you get there.

Once you drop off your car, we'll take you, your guests and your luggage to the airport. Please allow sufficient time to check-in to your flight, go through security and transport to the airport. We're less than 2 mins away but it may be busy at peak times at the airport.

ASP Car Hire monitor the flights, if you are early or late we will know about it provided you have given us the correct flight information at booking. We will be waiting directly outside the airport front door in our luxury silver ASP Mercedes vehicles.

Please add the Airline (Easyjet, Flybe etc.) the flight number (EZY123), where you came from Manchester, Liverpool etc. and your current arrival time.

We request details of your luggage so we can provide the correct size vehicle to pick you and other customers up from the airport.

We are open when the airport is - Working Hours: 07:30-21:00 Mon-Fri - Sat 08:00-18:00 - Sun 08:00-21:00 - the only day we are fully closed is Xmas Day 25th December.
